About This Event

Stretch & Strengthen with Suzy is performed while seated & standing and will focus on beneficial balancing techniques. Working on your muscle strength and flexibility can dramatically help reduce your risk of falling. Classes are being held outdoors and are socially distanced. This class is perfect for all all fitness levels. Optional: bring light hand weights
