About This Event

New services such as mobile crisis units and the pending 988 call number will be discussed.  The conference also offers NAMI members and others networking opportunities.  Our presenters are persons who work at a grassroots level treating individuals with mental health challenges.  Ultimately, through the conference we hope to assist persons in their recovery and improve the quality of care.  This conference is offering a wide variety of prestigious speakers including Linda McKinnon, President and CEO of Central Florida Behavioral Health Network and Shevaun Harris, Secretary of the Florida Department of Children and Families.  The Conference Will Focus On: -Successful Community-based Mental Health programs -Integrating Behavioral Health and Pediatrics -Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACES) -Children and Adolescent Resiliency -Financial Literacy for the family
