About This Event
With focus on guided meditation, this class will incorporate a variety of calming techniques, such as tapping, self-massage, body awareness, gentle stretching and more. It’s an hour of well-deserved self care with TPC’s Qi Gong instructor, Sandi Love. \
Class participants may be seated in a chair or on a mat. Loose comfy clothing is recommended and shoes are optional\
