Award-winning Arts Advocates member artist Dan Houston is the owner of Architectural Wall Decor Art Gallery in Sarasota. His acrylic and mixed media paintings are created on paper, canvas, and wood. His contemporary pieces include paintings and sculptures intended for collectors as well as architects, designers, and interior decorators. Dan is a graduate of The School of Visual Arts and Cooper Union in New York City.\

These pop-up shows run in conjunction with our main exhibit and can be viewed every Saturday from 2:00-5:00 p.m.\

Marjorie explores ways to experiment with the figure and landscape in different spatial relationships. Her finished pieces are a result of numerous layers of paint creating a sense of tension between areas of lightness and heaviness, having human forms that seem to emerge, then disappear. \

In Violetta’s works, you’ll find luxuriant color, solid drawing and composition, ethereal light and physical movement in light, combined with a refined sensitivity to landscape.\

Elisabeth creates fantastical digital photographic collages, in amazing detail, using her unique vision and her skills as a surface designer. \

Jerry Chesley • Saturday, February 26 – Saturday, March 19, 2022\
Jerry’s watercolor paintings, giclees and mixed media set the stage for surrounding one\'s self in a rich indulgence with a range of subtle to bold color. Much of his subject matter is based on a collection of familiar objects or places he\'s visited.\
