About This Event

The Back-to-School Coalition of Hillsborough County's Health Clinics offer students entering kindergarten through high school grade levels who are new to Hillsborough County Schools with school physicals; any student who needs an immunization and/or shot records update; including vision and/or hearing screenings. Although our focus is to ensure students meet the medical requirements to attend Hillsborough County Public and charter schools. Child(ren) must be pre-registered to attend one of our clinics to receive NO COST services.
